Tristan was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He played all of his minor hockey locally and went onto play for Regina’s Midget AAA team, the Regina Pat Canadians. During his final season with the team, he was named team captain. After playing for the Regina Pat Canadians, Tristan played in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League for the Melfort Mustangs. Tristan and his team won two consecutive back-to-back league championships. Following their 2015 League Championship, the Mustangs went onto play in the Royal Bank Cup. After Tristan graduated from junior hockey, he signed a letter of intent with the University of Regina Cougars in the USPORTS league. In Tristan’s third season with the Cougars he was named team captain, making him the youngest captain in Cougar history. In March of 2019, Tristan was selected to play for Team Canada at the World University Games in Krasnoryarsk, Russia. Tristan and his teammates captured the bronze medal during the tournament where they also played Great Britain, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden and Kazakhstan. He is currently working towards becoming a teacher and is enrolled in the University of Regina’s Education Faculty.
Taylor was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. He grew up playing minor hockey in Regina. Taylor then moved on to play three years with the Regina Junior B Capitals of the Prairie Junior Hockey League. In 2018 and 2019 he was an assistant coach with the Team Saskatchewan Junior Pats Brick Team. Currently, he is a lead Mentor within Hockey Regina’s coach mentorship program.
Taylor is a special education teacher in Regina. His knowledge of hockey, instruction and educational background provides Next Level Clients with clear and concise breakdown and instruction of game strategy, tactics, systems and individual skills.
Colby was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Growing up, he was one of the very few players who get to experience the opportunity of playing both his minor hockey and junior at home. In 2010 Colby was drafted in the fourth round, 67th overall to his hometown Regina Pats. He went on to play Midget AAA with the Regina Pat Canadians and captained them before making his debut in the Western Hockey League in 2012. Colby played four seasons with the Regina Pats and as he captained the Canadians in his final year of Midget AAA, he followed suit with the Pats in his final year with them. After his second season with the Pats, Williams was named to the WHL East Second All-Star Team. That following year in 2015, Colby was drafted in the sixth round, 173rd overall to the Washington Capitals. In 2016, Colby made his debut with Washington’s AHL affiliate team, the Hershey Bears. His first AHL goal was an overtime winning tally in a Hershey Bear’s 3-2 victory over The Springfield Thunderbirds.
Colby enjoys coming home to Regina during his off-seasons and giving back to the community. He brings an immense amount of knowledge and experience to the Next Level Hockey Consulting team.
